RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
The Zealous Zebra strives to carry the highest quality earth and body friendly products as well as to provide the most kind and thorough customer service. I would love nothing more than my customers to be thrilled with their orders, and that no one ever feel unhappy with their purchases. However, I certainly understand that this is a potential, and in this case, I have a general NO REFUND- EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. I will gladly exchange the item of concern with all exchange shipment fees paid by the customer. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date that the order was received. All concerns and requests can be made to email@example.com.
Please understand that many of the items carried, are handcrafted, resulting in variation in size, shape, color and aroma from item to item, an exchanges will not be made due to these expected variations.
Any and all sale items are final, and therefore not eligible for exchange.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, and are shipped using UPS Or USPS, typically within three business days.
All US shipping fees up to $100 are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Zealous Zebra will happily pay all US shipping fees on orders over $100.
All shipping fees incurred around an exchange, will be paid by the customer.
All special instructions related to shipment, must be clearly indicated at the time order. The Zealous Zebra is not responsible for any and all delays, damage, or lost packages due to incorrect address provided, or unclear special instructions.
